Sorry to hear that bud, the economy sucks for everyone except our politicians and banksters. To bad obama has been such disappointment I had high hopes for him but I sure have learned my lesson on him..all lip service. Our house is so far underwater were just going to walk away when we want/need to move, no point in helping the banks out by doing a short sale. Good luck to you.
