Learn EA: 17 years and yet you havent make an ending so good like this is on a C&C game

Nyerguds, I don't suppose youi know a place where I can get the movies for the whole game do you? I downloaded the 95 version and it came with Spec ops and the Black ops, music and sound, but no video briefings or endings, etc.

I really would like to play he game wih the full video's for each briefing, and the inbetween clips of Nod/GDI background, etc..

As much as all those four targets are somewhat tempting if this was RL and I was to choose I'd choose something that would benefit NOD, cause GDI to get into serious trouble and cause a mass war like the Dome of the Rock or something like that.

The point was to discredit GDI by using their secret weapon to attack a famous land mark, to both reveal the existence of the weapon, and GDI's inability to keep it from being used against the general population. They didn't want to cause any war, they wanted GDI to possibly get disbanded in the ensuing worldwide scandal.

Actually when I wrote that I thought of a video with some of those "netrunners" shaking their heads violently with some cyber helmets on, while listening to some really ugly music. Was that in C&C?

...I doubt it. This is the only video in the game that has these netrunners.

i remember a glitch in the first command and conquer. If you put a rifleman at the very top, higher than all of your other things then nod will nuke the individual rifleman

No, that only works for airstrikes. In fact, the computer opponent is 100% unable to target units with the nuke and ion cannon superweapons.

If you don't have an Advanced Comm Center you CAN do the same trick with an advanced guard tower though. The nuke will see your AGTs as highest priority targets.

Now this is amazing, I haven't heard of a game with several different endings since Baldurs Gate 2 Throne of Bhaal. I know command and conquer came out first though. I did the GDI campaign but I didn't get to do Nod's campaign because it kept locking up on a certain mission, I might get the first decade and get patches and try to complete it.

During the final GDI mission for me it locked up when my units went to the very top of the map, fortunately I could clear the main base that had the temple in it (Thank god I hated that nuclear missile, it's the most deadly nuclear missile of all the command and conquers) but then I had to use air strikes to get rid of the buildings at the very top. The stupid construction yard at the top actually built a construction yard lol

Actually, GDI has another ending too... well, more like a secret alternate ending. If you destroy every Nod structure except for the Temple, then damage it a lot and finally finish it off with the Ion Cannon you see Kane getting blown away by it in the end video :)

I heard of that recently but at the time when I was doing the GDI Campaign I didn't know about the different endings. If I ever do the GDI campaign again, I'll try the ION cannon.

no.. this is after Nod managed to secure Africa and got its hands on the ion cannon firing codes. Destroying an important landmark with GDI's own weapon is their way of getting rid of GDI, since GDI is now blamed for leaving a hi-tech weapon like that without sufficient security. An incident like that may very well mean the end of GDI.

I liked the Nod endings, though I admit to my embarrassment that while I knew the other three landmarks, this one eluded me and its importance at the time. Only recently did I find out what it's purpose was.

nah. There's no motion picture in production. Joe Kucan is playing Kane in C&C3, yes, but there's no C&C movie being planned or made.

OK, they may not know Nod did it, but they know some terrorists did, since the second part of the news is all about the fact GDI is being blamed for not properly -securing- the Ion Cannon - not to mention, the weapon was developed in secrecy too.
