He just has that affect on people. I went to three of his shows where my girlfriend at the time went simply mad each time. She was a little crazy and I am now single.
Is it just me or did Rufus seem a bit upset when he came back on stage after that whole bit with the fan. haha However I think he was right to rush away from her though. He seemed to tell her no more then once. Haha.
I saw no attack. Just a bit of 'yellow journalism' in gaining a catchy title! lol!. She did see a bit 'X"d out and seemingly was only seeking attention. Innocently done. No aggression. No attack! Seemed more like Tinker Bell than a crazed fan!
@HannahSpring No she didn't attack him. I think she wanted to kiss him or something like that. She wasn't hostile but Rufus was alarmed with her presence. I don't think she was drunk as she mocks being pulled of the stage by stage hands.
I didn't see anyone "attacking" Rufus or even touch him. Just a fan who walked up on stage. I'm so sick of how 'victimy' and overdramatic society is getting.
I was 10th row center and it was just surreal when that young woman got onto the stage and approached Rufus. Scary! It's not like he's got tons of beefy bodyguards in front of the stage like at a rock concert...usually the Rufus fans are very respectful. Rufus talked about the incident the following night at the Oakland show...guess the woman was drunk and overcome with it all.
that's weird, I wast there, but I don't remember that (I was back a little far and maybe I thought it was a roadie). That bitch looked high out of her goard!

Haha, I really love how he walked out of from her! Funny! But she definitely didn't attack him. She seemed just a little drunk I guess.
