Kizemono is the whole story of how Araragi met Shinobu and became a Vampire himself, while Nisemono will be following the story to do with Araragi and his sisters which happens after the Black Hanekawa story.

Its not airing, it will be in Japanese theaters since its a movie. Then it will be released on dvd and blu-ray after. Sometime after that though, I guess it will air on t.v.
