I've seen guillotine suplexes in my BJJ gym before, but they are really dangerous, specially if the guy receiving them doesn't know how to do a technical landing.

They don't require as much strenght as many here seem to assume, specially if you feel when the other guy tries to move up to release some pressure on the neck and use that to start the upward motion. I'd not say they are any harder to do than a traditional suplex.
