  • I love Telly's attitude! Now this is a bitter, angry working man! "Keep your God-damn head down so I can see!" Elloit Gould certainly has patientce or he really need's Telly's services...he's putt'in up with the bullshit pretty good! lol

  • Just bought this for $1.98 off Amazon Marketplace.

  • -.-

  • @DigitalPraise7...Um no, Only Freaks who would leave a life in the country & their families are Pervert's. I can relate to this guy. Thanks Telly for sharing your gift with the world. I miss him =(.

  • Evryone is a pervert according to A&A Crop Dusting Service.

  • After meeting the ghost of the guy who gave him a lift, Telly Savalas really went a lil looney.

  • @rayjr62 Hey, Leave me outta it!!! Gosh

  • Awesome! Gotta love Telly Savalas in this scene! :)

  • Great old film.

  • classic performance by Savalas but i wonder why he took the part....

  • This exchange is the best part of this film. God Bless Telly Savalas.

  • @LifeBoatSinking

    My name is Caufield.

    Hey, I can't help that.

  • "I just watched a B52 crash on Youtube. Very much like all the confusion here. There is so much crap on the right had side of my screen, and youtube have no idea what to do with it, because it is useless crap with no real input."

  • You're all right...this is one great exchange. Telly at his best. They were both firing on all cylinders.

  • pervert.

  • I love this movie. A genuine edge of seat, intense thriller that is relieved by some brilliant comical dialogue. throughout. This scene is proof of that. Savalis and Gould are just amazing.

  • 12Dave, some people don't think that BECAUSE of the movie; the movie was made because there were people at the time who felt that way. After Wastergate there were tons of conpspracy theory flicks, and this came at the tale end of them and the beginning of the action flick wave, kind of bridging the two.

And it wouldn't be the first time an intrepid reporter uncovered a government cover-up...

  • OUT LOUD!

  • LOL!! Great scene.

Where you want to go smartass!?

  • This film implies that the moon landing was a hoax, that's why some people don't believe we ever went to the moon...or maybe this film is showing what really happened( the staging of the landing on a set) and you judge for yourself!..

  • I was there during the space race, as were millions of others. It happened.

  • I just got the dvd and it's a good film but I thought it had a silly ending with little credibility!..I mean a reporter 'out smarts' the goverment and saves an astronaut from death!..give me a break!,still a good film but leave your brain at the door!.

  • I would love for someone to post the ending scene to this movie....it is awesome!!!! I need to find this movie on DVD!!! Also ~ I find it ironic that Barbra Streisand's former and current husbands were in this movie together.....love them all!!!!

  • Classic character!!! Gotta love it.

  • It was quite interesting seeing Savalas in this cameo role. It's a shame he wasn't in it that long. But he saved Brubaker's life! Great stuff! Was one of my favorite films of the 70's. Contained a great plot as well as a fabulous music score and incredible action scenes. I genuine on-the-edge of your seat thriller!

    Ken Palmer

  • LOL!! This movie is classic, but I HATED the ending! I wanted to see everyone get what they deserve! EVERYONE!

  • 'My name is Caulfield'

    'Hey, I can't help that!'

    Classic....

  • Great film 5*s

  • "Do you know how to fly?"

    "No."

"Then I gotta sit back here. And you gotta keep your GODDAMN head down!"

  • Smart Ass & a Pervert!!!...one of best parts of the movie...

I'll have to watch it tonight on DVD...

    David

  • Funny shit. Telly was out of his element in this flick but that exchange between him and Elliot was priceless. Actually, and thought the critics panned this film, I thought it was a good pic with some classic scenes (like this one). Thanks for posting this.

  • This is definately my favorite exchange in the movie. Perhaps one of my all time movie exchanges. Great stuff!

  • @peteisnotneat The 911 gang wanted to sit in a crop duster but the pilot wouldnt let them

  • "Alright where do u want to go smartass" LMAO

  • Capricorn one is a great film. This is exactly how NASA and the US Government really operates.

  • "You said yes to a hundred too quick, which means you can afford a hundred twenty-five."

Can't argue with that logic. Great scene. Thanks for posting.
