I work providing customer service and at the heard of the first bad word, I would of had ended the conversation! i would not be talked to in this manner..Even promising cases do not make it to formal contract, if we can not get by step one, proper communication, definately no more work up.

so not funny. im one of the girls that takes those calls. we get them all the time, when you and your friends are laughing on one end because you think you're hilarious, we're all laughing on the other end because we've heard that joke a million times. if you're going to prank, at least come up with something good! :-)
