Since it takes place roughly at the beginning of the series, the GP03 is piloted by a woman named Defrah Kar instead of star Kou Uraki. Fate isn't so kind to her, leaving the GP03 with no pilot until Kou comes around and steals it for himself.
rofl...firstly, it's a she that's piloting, and she's not the actual pilot of the GP03 either, just a test flight pilot forced into a combat situation.
This gundam really sucks, Gins pilots own him in the beginning, if the gundam doesn't get that addon he could been easily owned. This gundam sucks, he lacks a lot in precission, and uses all his ammo just to destroy 5 gins.
The Gundam GP03 is designed to be used with that crazy add-on... the suit itself only has beam saber, a beam rifle, and a folding bazooka... It's not really meant to be used without the add-on... (it's basically just RX-78 with some extra thrusters without the add-on)
and those enemy suits aren't GINNs... they are Gelgoogs... they are ALOT stronger than GINNs lol... think of them as GuAIZ or ZAKU from SEED/SEED Destiny
