Any chance you can do a video of a man making manly coffee? I use an old aluminum percolator (2 tbls coffee per 1 cup of water, let percolate for 7 minutes) Best cup of coffee for camping! AND We dont lift our pinky finger when we drink it!
I was just wondering what your take was on the percolator. I just purchased one from Cabalas and never used one before. I've always used a French press but after my last camp out. Ended up making coffee for everyone there and that was a bit time consuming. Thanking you in advance for your time.
@streetdemon5826 The percolator tends to burn the coffee and overextract it. The water is in contact with the grounds for an extended period of time at a very high temperature. It is still better than autodrip, but the press will yield better results. You can get a 12 cup press :)
@jimbum6 Thank you! Perhaps an aeorpress or travel french press? The french press offers the easiest method with the most flavor....just don't bring a glass one ;)
I love the stove top maker. I haven't seen one of those before, but rest assured I WILL get one in short order. that was the best looking coffe i've seen in a while.

@iheervoyses It makes a wonderful cup if you have a decent grinder. Don't try it with a whirly bird blade type grinder...burr only!
