He's confident wihout being too arrogant or cocky, he's smouldering to look at, he looks ludicrously handsome in black (think of the tux he'd wear as Bond... the rate of hosptial visits in society due to fainting spells would immediately increase!) and he is down to earth and seems pretty laid back!

Yes, Richard will be a great replacement - did you see RPJ and Peter Firth on Top Gear? Watched clips of it here. RPJ seemed like such a little kid - having great fun - of course the whole poll thing was completely crazy - 57th in the list of 100 Sexy Men - He is easily in the top 10 - Richard should be in the top 10, too!
