LittleBijous...He actually meant whole milk. Sometimes when speaking hispanics tend to think in spanish and say it in english. It's an impulse thing. It's not easy to Translate, speak and perform another duty without committing a mistake somewhere down the road. In spanish we say Leche cruda and the word "cruda" in english means raw. BTW...he has the correct recipe with the right intentions for a slamming dessert! Good Job Bosfederico!!
