I don't think this is an unreasonable statement. But then again, it's kind of hasty to assume she doesn't care about the fans. It makes sense that she's starting a TV blog now since she actually has stuff to update with. She's been working on The Color Purple for the last year or so, and it's not as if there could be a lot of updating done while she was in the middle of that. Promoting her single and album is as good a reason to start a blog as any--beats blogging for no reason.
