i think that age restrictions should be adjusted to each person. what i mean is, if someone is 13 but he shows a certain level of maturity (for example the level to play M games without him getting "insane" or whatver he could get) then he should be allowed to play it. However, there are many 20 year olds which barely show enough maturity to babysit their 8 year old brother (these ppl should not be playing these games). What i mean with that is, it completely depends on the person.
