some how i got the achievement without goii to all of them

There are more than 13. I have discovered 14 standing stones according to my stats for a start, and I'm not even that good at skyrim.

@MattG2505 It's 15%, if you look in magic under active effects or something like that it'll say. Also it will say the effects of whatever shrine you prayed at and how much time is left in that, and if you activate any other stone that stones effect will be in there too.
