Damn I love this guys. Every fucking era, with Miika as vocalist, Taneli as vocalist, Ville as vocalist, bloody fantastic. Tough my favourite era was with Taneli on vocals, Amok being my favourite album. But whole damn discography is just great. Rest in Peace Miika.

A lot of Finnish metal/hard rock bands of Sentenced's era sold out and started to produce commercial sh't, so in that context it is understandable that Sentenced decided not "do whatever it takes" to reach even greater audience worldwide.

They are plenty recognized in Europe and always have been, for some reason there is an enormous "blockade" if you will, of European artists to the American market. Which is quite sad because there is some much more special metal happening across the Atlantic, Ive met and toured even with some of these epic bands. I hope one day Americans see what shit our metal has become and turn an eager eye to Europe, politically too.

It's not a good replacement, but be sure to check out Poisonblack. The last singer on albums.. Crimson, The Funeral Album, The Cold White Light, etc.
