They are lip synching, because she somettimes takes the mic off her mouth before the line ends and there is no way in hell that she could do the other types of singing, like the background for one of the lines and the last Oh yeah. And also the Background singers didn't have mics so how would the singers be able to sing and no one can sing that well Live. So, yeah. Love the song still.
