The software is called Password Resetter and it was very efficient and easy to use.

A way to change the pass words is open cmd

then type in:

net user (username) *

then change the pass (for security resons u wont see the pass get changed

if your useing windows 7 you will mostlikly get an error but there is a way around that you have to open start type in cmd right click it and click administrator or something like that it has to be in administrator mode for this to work on windows 7 or at-lest on mine it does even tho its my cpu and im the only user so i am the admin idk y
