surgical scars can take a long time to heal. I had minor cancer related surgery 3 years ago and they are still not completely healed yet. It can take years for some to completely heal. Patience is the key. By the way you DO look quite feminine in this as compared to your first video posting. I thought you looked feminine before now, WOW!
Well about your voice, please be verry carefull . Make sure you talk with sombody who at least has taken one course in phonetics. The odd thing about changing your voice is that after you practice for a while you get stuck with certain phonetic tendencies that become fosilized. However you have a great voice so farr it's not too masculine and not too femin it's simpl natural and you l wasn't able to tell at first you were transaxual when I saw you before your surgery.

You may think what you like, but the voice does give you away. This is the information age, and while from "looks" you will pass, as soon as you open your mouth and sound male, it can and will raise questions.
I have noticed that your mouth is higher on your right side this could be do to the check implant on one side. But of corse it doesn't matter. You still look great.
I think you look GREAT! You only want minor refinements, NOT major changes! Your jaw/chin look much more natural (for a woman!) now. Just be careful, there are predators out there. Take care, and keep us up to date!
I feel pretty confident out in the world these days--barely any clocking or pointing anymore. But going to a regular club to dance is not my idea of a good time. My GF and I only go dancing at the lesbian or queer-friendly clubs in town, because some guys just don't take no for an answer, and I'm not about to become the next rape statistic--or murder, once they figure out the score. I wouldn't ever think of your voice as masculine. For growing up male, you have a very soft and pleasant voice. As a female it's a little deep, but totally within the feminine "spectrum" and definitely not something that would "give you away."

A skillful makeup can produce a feminie face from frontal view, but it can't do much on the tell tale bone structure. You certainly looks very feminine in that respect. There is a speech-language pathologist on here, Kathe Perez. She works with transgender people. Her channel is tgvoice. Her methods are quite similar to my own speech therapist's methods. So far I like my progress in that regard.

I think your voice sounds great, and I think you look fantastic without makeup too. I think being happy without being ultra-ultra-feminine makes you more like other (bio) women - most women are not as feminine as it's possible to be, with the highest voice and the most perfect makeup etc etc. Women span an enormous breadth of difference, and you fit perfectly. I actually prefer the way you look without makeup, although the makeup is cute for dressing up.
Shopping alone when buying women's clothing is nerve-wracking at first but gets easier. A little more challenging while dressed as a woman, but I managed to do it. I don't think you'll have any more problems with that.
