lee hyori definitely started this whole trend of cutesy & sexy concept with u-go-girl, but I don't think it makes sense to compare her to hyuna. they have distinct styles, with hyuna being more hip-hopish and powerful feminist type (although hyori tried to do that with chitty chitty bang bang and was not wildly successful with it). hyuna is also a much more skilled dancer in my opinion. they're both great, it's just silly to compare. they're both hallmarks of kpop :)
