I think the Vietnamese Government should build the dam for the Thu Bon river before they start building any road. It's because every year there are many floods sweep through Cam Nam village. If there isn't any dam to prevent the floods, I think the new road will be destroyed soon. @_@ they have good motive but bad idea ! anyway, thank you for posting the clip. it's awesome!
