I have an interesting observation about democracy. The democratic government of Iran was overthrown by another set of democratic countries (US and UK). Perhaps the value of democracy is overstated, and the specific form of government is less relevant than the part of society that is formed by the beliefs and philosophies of the voluntary interactions of it's citizens. Sure, a democracy may be better than a dictatorship, but is the difference worth oceans of blood as we are taught to believe?
