have you figured out a method of controlling to timing? I how it all depends on the weight of the falling weight and the pendulums weight and length. I just don't know how to adjust things without trial and error. to be honest, it is usually all I can do just to get the mechanism to run.

unless we have difrent motor moddels I can't seem to get it to go from 88.5 RPM (first axel thats on the white gear) to 1 RPM... I'm also trying to get it to go 16-17 or 32-35 RPM and I just can't get the math to work out =\ does anyone know a way how?

Try using the same gears as i did, my motor goes at around 70rpm, hope you get it working
