The only Photoshop that has a 3D tab would be Photoshop Cs4 Extended. Not Photoshop Cs4.

You have to watch a lot of tutorials if you want to make it look realistic. Google for removing backgrounds and stuff. You will be a master at it eventually.

I will record a video for you now on how to remove a background basically.

CS4 is awesome.

Photoshop 7 is quite old, this is Photoshop 11. I don't use premiere. Since Photoshop 7 is quite old and a lot has been added since then you should probably upgrade to CS4. Make sure your computer can support it.

If you are meaning the panel, then if you navigate to the top-right of your screen and click the drop down menu, then select "Advanced 3D" then you will get the 3D tools you need.

Another way is to go to the Window, then click on what I believe is called 3D.

Whoa man, First of all you need either a better graphics card and enable GPU rendering or Upgrade from an Ancient pc.

Cool little vid though, I recieved Photoshop CS4 as a gift not too long ago and this helped show me what you can do with 3D. :)

Yup, I know that my PC is crapish. That is what Santa (wink wink) and Christmas is for: Brand new top spec computers.

You don't really need smooth motion to use this feature so it is alright for now.
