  • Exellent 5stars

  • What could be greener than recycling trash into something reusable? Great vid with a great point, JD!

  • nice........ Most people's junk is another man's treasure. My wife gets mad for all the "useless" stuff I keep around.

You never know what you may need.

    Nice video keep it up.

  • hehe, this is funny, and cool. I love it when people recycle junk into useful projects. That sucker is bright, thanks for posting it man. It has given me some ideas.

  • Nice man , I like to take everything apart broke or not.

  • Hi,I like what you've done there, very good idea recycling parts, but while on the subject of recycling, our council used to pick up all the refuge each week, then they wanted us to separate the items we throw in the bin, where we had 1 truck 2 workers picking up all the refuge we now have 3 trucks 6 workers, one to pick up a colored box on Monday, Wednesday a refuge bag, Friday commercial waste, when I complained to the council they said it was more cost effective, they should have the Nobel prize

  • See, this is the kind of recycling I am talkin bout!

We throw out some very useful things as a society and all it takes is a few minutes to take something apart and use the parts for something else.

    Good job JD!

  • I simply love creativity.

    Larry

  • cool

  • very creative. thanks

  • nice one JD i like it

  • I love it ... finding the treasures in the trash pile is a lost art ... that is soooo cool ... I dont think we will see this offered in shrink wrap at Home Depot anytime soon ... but I bet your kids were entertained for hours while you came up that gizmo ... hope to see more examples of such creativity ...

anything that gets a kid away from a television set and thinking of something they can make with their own hands is a noble endeavor ...

    thank you ...

  • Yeah It definitely won't be in shrink wrap...

My kids like playing with it , I even like playing with it LOL....

I have a bunch of old stepper motors from old printers , I plan to do similar stuff with in the future..

One thing I like about this home made flashlight is that it puts out more light than a wind up one I bought from walmart a while back for 8 bucks and this one only costed me the cost of the led's...around 20 cents or so ..

  • A BRIGHT idea!

    Circuit diagram?

  • I guess I could Take it apart and do a video showing how everything is put together..Its pretty simple ...I may do that tomorrow ..

  • cool recycle!
