Nooo! those plans look horrible! Re-decorating to that extent, you lose the station's true historical charm- it'll be like any other mall cafe/attraction, just underground.

Surely the interior would do better to keep it's original look, with safety renovations?

Sitting in that cafe, i'd much rather look at original placed brick work, tiling, old posters, & "mind the gap" signs in, with a restroom vaguely resembling a disused ammunitions cupboard, than pure white face-lifted walls.
