i was goin to get the torpedo 40 but i dont know if i should put s8's or s10's on it. i like speed but i also like to carve, around my house there are some big hills but there are a few flats. could you guys help?

@OceanSideLongboard S8 would give you better carving ability but the S10s you can put bigger wheels on and go faster but it would be a little stiffer of a ride. Pros and cons to each, but personally I would go with the S10's.

That'll work, but you can add bigger wheels with the larger trucks so you may want to consider that.

The black springs will work fine for you and the only bearings we have right now are the Abec 3s but they will work great!

when you guys are going downhill, and carving when when you're going really fast, are you using white or red springs or do you just tighten the trucks?

We typically use standard black springs and just tighten the trucks a little bit.

Make sure that you tighten your trucks a little bit and hold a good stance. Make sure that your front foot is placed over the front mounting bolts, and that you keep your weight forward and center. This will keep the board steady and controlled!

how to the seismic 45 degree trucks compare to the originals?

But in all seriousness, the Originals will carve tighter than the Seismics, but Seismics will be more stable. Seismic uses springs to replicate bushings, whereas we use springs to achieve a completely different feel and use the energy stored and released to coil and rebound when carving.

yeah id think that the springs would become progressively harder as you press down, whereas the original trucks dont have a lot of resistance as you press down. yeah and they are really different products because your trucks use the wave cam thing which is freaking awesome
