Just a thought. Can super heated steam and vaporized diesel be emulsified in the gas state? I've already created a process to volatilize diesel where it burns cleans with no visible signs of emissions. If this is possible for emulation to take place in the 3rd state of matter, would this result in a greater release of hydrogen that would manifest as a blue-white flame with highly visible corona?
