the funny thing is that the (white?) guy, Anderson, doesn't look really big, or trained. He has some fat to the side, and no six-pack. He looks not like a really tough guy. But, damn, he is tough and trained!! Very very beautiful kick, right on target! The shin and ankle are quit sharp!!

@RamsesFix Well you do have to have some degree of abdominal muscles for punching and and avoiding body strikes, but most people fighters like Saki and Silva do have the necessary amount.

You only need two kicks to be successful in fighting. Low kicks and (high) Muay Thai roundhouse kick(that's the KO kick).
