Excellent video! I have a question...

Right now, when an outside number calls my office phone and I have my EC500 activated, it sends my main office number to my cell phone caller ID as though someone from my office is calling me. I would like to see the actual caller ID info of the outside person that's calling me. How do I make this work?

Great tutorial! Is there a way to place a call from my cell phone while on the road and have my office phone number appear on caller ID? This is of course without being logged into a softphone. Thank you!
