  • what weve gone ahead and done is...

  • the south will rise again!

  • thats hell nice ayy but the kickstart looks retarted

  • now this is a motorcross bike!

  • i would make love wit that bike. in public

  • @motocross223Tanner Are you saying Adam is a poser? How is he a poser!? He's most certainly no poser dude. That kid is little and a pretty sick rider. It's not like he's wearing monster for no reason. He's sponsered by every sick brand out there.

  • cant wait till i go pro

  • @Adam92Cianciarulo

    HA!

wow thanks haven't laughed that hard in a while

  • @Adam92Cianciarulo poooooooooooser

  • hondas valves are made of peanut butter

  • @Conrad573 get the 2 stroke that instent power is unmached by any 4 stroke

  • HONDA all the way!! except fot ktm

  • i love kawasaki

  • i really whant this or the yz witch 1 is better

  • @evanmastro YZ

  • @evanmastro kawi....i had to make this decision a few months ago...im glad i went with kawi.....motor is sooo much better than the yamaha.

  • @evanmastro

a yamaha sponsored guy who worked for a motorcycle magazine who were at the prewie test for this bike said that this bike was much better than his yz450f and the bike he tested wasnt even been used which means that the bike was not good as it will be after a whilte!!

  • Just got this bike today, the thing is a buttery beast!! Love it.

  • srry kawasaki this year im a yamaha fan!

  • i am 14 and 6 foot 3 would this bike be good for me or not

  • @conrad573 no at 14 years old a 250 would be the go although you will be able to ride the 450 it will prob have to much power for you to handle and on a 250 you will be able to ride alot smoother and smooth=speed power doesent = speed

  • i have ridin a ktm 525 exc and it seems to be alright for me if i get a 250 should i get a 2 stroke or 4 stroke

  • thing is i want a 450 so what 450 would be suitable for me i turn 15 in a couple of months and im getting 1 for my birthday

  • @KKKcoonbustersaussie im 18 and im 6ft tall do you think this would be a good bike for me

  • @KainKazuya depends what bike youve had before hand

  • @LordEthan2 thanks man its my first time riding a dirt bike. my uncle had a off road on road dirt bike and he said kawasaki is a good company

  • @conrad573 hee, i would buy a 250 4 stroke just because you are only 14 and you should get some more experiënce on a lighter bike ;)

  • i have had experience i already have a 250f and im looking to go up onto a bigger bike

  • not

    get a 250F

  • dude i love that sound

  • Really fat exaust there...haha Nice bike though. Better than last year.

  • i ride an 04 maico 500 sometimes

  • And a fuckin Maico no body rides them if they were so fucking great the people that arent pros and have to pay out of pocket would be using them but we dont see that do we now?

  • Maico would be just as big as KTM right now if they hadn't been screwed over in 1983.

People don't buy the best bikes. They buy the bikes that the magazines TELL THEM are the best. To the magazines, it doesn't pay to give a glowing review of a Maico. The company can't afford to buy tons of advertising in the magazine, so there's very little return to the publishers. If they say that a Honda 4T is the best bike, Honda forks over lots of loot in return. It's economics, not engineering.

  • SS header thats sweet

  • What I want to know is, who's the bonehead that decided a bike needs not one, but THREE 90-degree angles in the kickstarter? At the same time, who decided that said kickstarter should be 16" long and made of chicken wire?

    Four-strokes, man, they're ridiculous.

  • what he means is its ridiculous how much more powerful they are than 2 strokes...

  • If someone showed up there with an open-class two-stroke, everyone there would shit their pants. Maico's new (meaning year 1999) 500 two-stroke makes 67 horsepower at the crank. I want you to find me ONE single-cylinder 4T that can do that. Just one. Should be easy, right?

A 4T will only have more power for one or more of the following reasons:

    - It has a turbocharger.

    - It has a supercharger.

    - The AMA allows them to cheat.

Take that away and the 2T will have half-again the power of a 4T.

  • 2T are bad, there not used by the pro's anymore for a reason. To inconsistant, not enough useable power, and the worst is the annoying sound

  • You think the professional racers get to choose what bike they ride? Oh man, that's hilarious. And as for inconsistent power, you've obviously never ridden a Maico. The power delivery from that is pure butter, with no hiccups or inconsistencies to be found. It feels like a 4T but with a lot more top-end. Or rather, a 4T that actually HAS top-end.

Going back to the pros, you might want to take a look at what Stewart and Carmichael ride for fun. It's YZ250 and RM250, respectively.

  • Your last statement is impecable and agrees with me, pros use 4t for a reason. 2T are way unreliable, when I had an kx85 the bike's engine (the thning that makes the bike go) broke 6 times. Transmission 1, top end rebuild 4, And bottom end rebuild 1. So we sold it got a mans bike (CRF150R) I clear 90 ft tables with no problem, had the bike since 07 no problems. I use my bro's kx250f now but no way I would go back to a 2T. A 250 2T doesnt even compare to our kx250f. Hasnt broke either

  • My 1967 Kawasaki 120 (two-stroke) is 42 years old and still runs the original piston, and I can guarantee it got 100 miles put on it every weekend of the summer for five years straight. The only maintenance we did was to replace the oil and tweak the clutch. I don't know what could possibly have happened to your KX85; perhaps you weren't using enough oil.

Ricky and Bubba both rode 4T professionally because they were paid to. The factories like 4T because the profit margin is greater.

  • And those pro riders were paid to ride for suzuki and yamaha not 4T, a localist (Bobby Fitch) had a choice to ride 2T's and 4T's. He chose 4T and got picked up from RDP (Who gave him his bike's)

  • Jetz you think you kno everything dont you? well take the stick out of u ass because 4strokes take over and 2 strokes will never come back

  • @MonkeyManFsU hahaha it is a proven fact that 2 strokes are 10 time more reliable than 4 strokes.....you are obviously not that into motocross....Only reason i ride a 450 is because its faster....more expensive and less reliable but definetly faster.

  • Are they seriously that reliable?

  • @MonkeyManFsU Yes they are.....my yz250 2-stroke has taken a beating...left outside for a year, changed oil 1 time in a year, and has like 400 hours on it.....I wouldn't even think about treating my 450 like that. oh yeah rebuilding a 2 stroke casts like $600 and rebuilding a 4 stroke costs like $1500 to $2000.

  • i may get a 250 2t or 4t? which one though

  • @MonkeyManFsU you have to be the judge of that....i dont like the 250f because of how low in power they are....

  • my dad hates 2t's because I had an 85, ran it to fast with a bigbore kit on it. Rebuilt the engine 2 times costed a fortune, the top end was rebuilt 3 times including the other 2 complete rebuilds, I love 2t's but I got a 150r now. Runs amazing never broke once. I rode a few of my friends

  • cr125's and my bros kx250f. I love the bottom end on a 4t but the top end is lacking for speed. I would go with a 125 or 250 250 2t but my dad hates the 2t's with a passion. Im faster on a 2t but I dont find them reliable. Is the reliability better on bigger 2t's? Btw I run these bikes in the 3-5 or 6 (if 2t) gear not to much low.Every one else seems to have a good time with

  • @MonkeyManFsU 2 strokes are extremely reliable buddy...all you have to do is mix gas, clean filter, and change oil....theres no reason it shouldnt last for like 8 to 10 years

  • verry true

  • my brother had the kx65 2stroke and now he has a kx85 2stroke and he rides hard and he never had a problem with them now he is looking to upgrade to a bigger 2 stroke

  • @winsorsadventures ha ha yeah dude kawasaki dont make 2 strokes anymore they are old techknowledge nowerdays 4strokes are the go

  • there 2t's "they never break" but I found that they do break alot. Wellk atleast my 85 did. I need advice for reliability or was I doing something wrong with the engine rebuilds? IDK so in position would you go with a 2t? How would you convince my dad? How would you make the reliability better?

  • @MonkeyManFsU Maybe increase your oil/fuel ratio or carefully consider how high in the rev range are you going? Are you red lining the bike all the time and staying there? Maybe your jetting is too lean and the bike can't cool itself when running hard? I's hard to say without looking at the inside of your engine and how you ride the bike.

  • @MonkeyManFsU well the smaller the engine the easier it is to break....its a small engine....there could have been something else causing it to wear faster though.....ive seen some people with cr500s and you could actually hear the pistons rattling on the inside and the bike ran just fine....

  • you dont wanna step stright up from a 150 four stroke to a 250 2 stroke .... well even though id guess its pendant on your weight and what ull be riding on ectt

  • i have an 05 and its only 203lbs i have no idea for the need in more weight

  • this guy is just talkin mass shit

  • tbh they all do they just get told what to say

  • why dont u guys jjust check out the yzf 450 2010 it whoops all

  • yeah your real fuckin smart.. not at all lol i rode both bikes in october and i dono what will beat the kowin the next few years.. the 2010 yamaha just didnt seem stable at all i dono how else to put it

  • no

    deffinatly not

  • Kawasaki's are the most reliable from my experience. KTM's constantly break. GO KAWASAKI

  • what i dont get is way they keep getting heavier, the 2010 is 250.3 lbs

  • yeah ive nottice that

  • the differences between the jap 450's are nit picking. srsly no one but a pro rider will care about the differences. They are all fantastic bikes. These toss offs who diss them are just that.

the Suzuki RMZ450 is meant to be the smoothest in power delivery.

  • kwaka all the way

  • Im so confuuuuuused every 2010 motorcross (KTM, HONDA, YAMAHA, KAWASAKI) video i watched say that there bike is the best... im looking for a 450 but cant decide which one.... any real honest advice would be great please ... i have been riding Ducati's all my life and love it to bits .... but still i wouldnt lie to someone and say a 996R is a comfortable, reliable every day bike.

Sorry but im new to motorcross.

  • Idk if you should get a 450 if you're just starting in motocross. Probably a Crf250r or Yz250f or Kx250f. Riding a dirtbike through muddy ruts before hitting a 50ft. tabletop isn't easy and riding a motorcycle on streets is simple compared to motocross. You're still gonna want something you can grow into though(Skill wise) and a 250f would be perfect for someone with motorcycle experience but new to dirt riding. I'm a Honda guy so I'll have to recommend a CRF250F model of any year. Good luck!

  • yeah i understand if your looking to buy a new 450. i personaly think the yz450f is a no brainer choice. between the power rang and new exaust its the bike every one should have. email me back and i can tell you more. but most definatly look at the new 2010 yz450f, and if your a beginner motorcross rider i world look at he 250f

  • @EVO83

Its all good, they dont make bad bikes anymore... Most of the time ist just taste!! I also driven road bikes (Ducati), is just sold my Hypermotard and i bought a Kawasaki KX250F and i love it, i ve riden a 450 and its way to strong to start with!! Thats my opiniun offcourse!! I say KTM is a little bit faster then the Japs but i found the suspions to hard!! So just choose what you find best, they dont make very bad bikes anymore in these days!!

  • Thanks guys for the honest advice.....

Alot of people said not to go 450 because its powerful but im 6.2 95kg and im worried il spend all that money on a 250 and it wont have the power for my weight... im not fat just big and heavy. many thanks!

  • @EVO83 I weight 83 kg and i get a hell of a kick from my 250cc, if your going to cross allot, like every weekend... Then you gonna loose some weight trust me, its a hell of a workout!!

  • ktm hands down is the best. its all ready beat the kawi.

  • I thik u got it the other way around.

  • Kawasaki all tha way

  • yamaha kick green ass

  • the 2010 yamis look retarded

  • i love that guy hes a buddy at steel city with a golf cart!!!!

  • to bad kawi 2010 suspension sucks on the 450. The motor is really strong though

  • Agree! Suspension does suck! Kawi always puts together an awesome motor.

  • I think kawi paid them to say only good things in this video cause its the first vid were they didnt say that the suspension was to stiff but instead they say it was to soft?? i mean really? wat the hell that makes no sense. how did it go from being so stiff every1 complained about it to being to soft?

  • The 2010 yami looks sick, it would be awesome to hear the airbox sucking in air when your coming out of a corner. baaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrr

  • It nice but it doesnt have the power of the Kawi but it has much better suspension however it doesnt start as easy as the Kawi or Honda.

  • the kawi will give you pump arm thats for sure

  • lol its called arm pump and yes it will. Bad suspension and an extremely heavy feel and an engine that hits like a dragster yes it will lol

  • @fox13z400 I bought one and the suspension isn't that bad. Not even close to my yamaha suspension but its still pretty good.

  • oh yeahhh!! kawii rocks as always!!!

  • Cant get much better than this!!

  • Ahaha,Theres a big boy bike!! :D

  • BEAUTIFUL

  • the 2010 yz450f looks like a husqy and when they were testing it they broke a steering head

  • the 2010 450 yamys look like a husqy there look better last yr. and the 2010 yz450f broke a steering head when they were testing it so the kawasaki is the better bike

  • a exatos 7:04 min ele diz: "a bike pesa mais que eu"....engromeixon

  • kAWASAKI IS THE BEST 2010 LOOKS SO COOL!!

  • Biip wrong, Yamaha looks better the 450 2010

  • kawi is cool every year :)

  • i hate what yamaha has done with the motor i would rather have the honda

  • i'd rather have the 2010 yamaha yz450f...

  • why is that?

  • Kawasaki has to do something about the HUGE silencers they have. Reminds me of the old CR500 silencers.

  • OOOooh GOD, Fluoride!

  • Why does this thing still weigh 250lbs when honda has a 230 lb 450?

  • just give me one, thats all i ask

  • that thing looks like shit ha..my bro has a 09 450 n it looks better

  • i agree the 09s looked better

  • ew this thing looks like the old 2006 bikes the 09 looked the best so far

  • I have the crf 450 r 09 ,14 years and i can start it lol

  • why the fuck do you have a 450 at 14yrs old dumbass

  • its not that bad i started racing my 450 when i was 15

  • thats when i started pussy

  • my 09 looks way betta

  • YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i dont really like the new kawi's. (i have an 08 kx250f) but this years they look cool! i was stating to miss the green and black seat instead of all black lol

  • man that kick starter looks hard to use if u have small legs lik me

  • i have the 09 and i can start it using my hand with no problem

  • proberly coz ur piston is on the way out lol

  • fuel injection is a beautiful thing aint it?

  • EWW!!!!!!!!
