  • @chatanwarrior you can use any flat surface like a chair or a couch works too

  • I usually lean down a little bit to get that extra stretch... it works for me and I wouldn't consider myself a beginner.

  • I agree... very good instruction. Good tip is to not pull your hand holding the weight or your biceps will fire to place your elbows into "elbow flexion". Good tip is to pull your elbow to the ceiling and the weight will transferr of the bicep back to the traps. This will also allow the dumbell to sit more effectivly in the abdominal region.

  • thanks for the vid,,, I also find that my biceps are working hard and feeling nothing in my back, I will change my tecnique a bit as per the vid and see if that helps. cheers again

  • i do this but i only feel my arms working...they say try to use your back to pull it but i dont get taht 0_0 i try to flex it but iono

  • when u do this yeah at the time u bring da weight up and back hold it der for 2 seconds or 3 and den slowly bring ur arm down full stretch den bring it back again u shud feel it in ur back den

  • Try to focus on your back muscle, don't focus on your biceps. Actually you are working your biceps with this exercise, but back is the primary muscle!

  • my biceps usually get tired and i dont feel a thing on my back

  • Concentrate if you are doing it right, then it is right! Because your biceps is a small muscle compared to back! All you need is to work hard and sleep well! After a time, you won't feel the biceps tiring!

  • see well thats the problem..i dont think my bicepts are supposed to be tired but i always end up working my biceps and i dont feel like my back is worked on

  • ohh so u dont drop ur shoulder fkn am alwyas liftin 55 and 60 k and dropin all the fkn way hahaha try doin it wit 50 maybe i can kep my sholder straight lol

  • that wasn't called for... he is doing it right and if ur doing it with a heavy weight ur doing it wrong, u execute the move better with less weight meaning u hit the right muscles etc when doing the move right...

    thought u might of learned but guess not =/

  • lol i always drop my shoulder, it seems to work i dont know why, but yeah, this guy says keep your head in line with your spine, i do back bridges and my neck hyper extends so much, that it touches my upper back, so i dont need to worry about that
