  • ahhh my harp of haprs ,.. this is my personal instrument of choice,.. how my hand misses it ,.. IS

  • Bravo!

  • If I may ask, what is this lovely 8 course strung in? 1-4 seems to be Nylgut, and 5 maybe is copper-wound Nylgut, but what are the fundamentals on 6, 7, and 8?

And great playing, btw. I like the slightly more relaxed tempo than Ronn plays it in.

  • Oh, and is the 8th course tuned down a full step?

  • @GaleoDeus All the basses are copper wound with nylgut octaves. This piece is written for 10 course lute but never uses an "E" so I tuned the 8th course down to C.

  • Bravo! Bravo! Encore!

  • I'm sure if you did, it would be better than mine.

  • Great playing! I'm happy to see your renaissance lute come out again.

  • Thanks very much. But I still can't do it blindfolded!

  • Fantastic performance Daniel! Thanks for recording this. You have a very beautiful lute too. :)

    Have a great day!

    Jamie
