  • If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy.

  • @Dasdfjkl

    Handsome, Rich & Handy.

I was only allowed to pick one, so I went with handy LoL

  • NICE! i bought an engine crane at harbor freight and then the air lift cylinder and it works great but the down side is that it cost $250 total, not bad though since i fix lawnmowers everyday for a living. anything is better than laying on the ground with a floor jack. just figure out a way to mass produce those bad boys and your in business!!!

  • @fastcars001

After swapping the engine in my truck using a come-a-long attached to some 3x4 rough cut wood, I decided a cherry picker is next on my list of purchases.

You got that right about laying on the ground. One of my main thoughts in building this is I can throw it in the truck, haul to a person's house & use it on-site. No more jacks or pulling decks for me!

  • Crank er UP!!!

  • Pretty clever design ! Great job !

  • @wolfsheadoil1

    Thanks bud

  • mint!

  • @ringbolt9

    Not too bad anyways.... Thanks!

  • Awesome build, all you need to do is hook up and electric or battery operated drill, to speed the lift up.

  • @dagwood64

Thanks, A drill works pretty good

  • @InspectorSnatch

    Thank you

  • Awesome build!

  • @sunny5rising

    Thanks!

  • I like your wheel cradle design. Seen my brother use his cherry picker for this. I should make something like yours.

  • @jasonmushersee

The cradle works pretty good. Now I need to make a wider set to handle rear tires if need be.

  • just put the parking break on and black the wheel once its up :/ lol

  • @D12caterpillar

I set the brake, but the mower is actually very secure in those cradles

  • Good work.

  • @W1WEASEL

    Thanks

  • Great set up! You need a electric motor or drill for the raise and lower, you sure did to a neat job!

  • @NomaDairy

I'm already thinking about the first set of revisions... maybe a 12volt actuator motor to handle the lifting

  • lol hook up the impact gun and be like nascar quick lmao

  • @chevydiesel350015

    I will try that out

  • I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!!! What about a cordless drill with a socket adaptor, or impact wrench to raise and lower the rig... just a thought. Good to see you recovering and getting your hands dirty again.

  • @yourbeekeeper

Thanks bud! I did cheat when I lowered it, I used an electric drill. My cordless was on the charger, but I plan to try that next time.

  • freaking awesome!

  • @msteele323

    Thanks

  • Man could I use one of them RIGHT now.

Good job bud, I'm going to add a lift like that to my project list.

  • @gple87

It will come ion handy, that's for sure. Thanks Scott

  • Well, that's a great thing to build, now it is easier to left your tractor up, looks good bud.

  • @MagicCadillac

    Thanks

  • I had blueprints like that once..They failed..LOL!

Thats awesome man! I need one of those for sure!

    Great job

  • @mbyr31

These blueprints had some issues, I had to re-build the carrier several times before it would work. I blame the drafter LoL

    Thanks bud!

  • another bad ass job thumbs up

  • @markdaforth

    Thankya sir

  • that was fantastic.Did you ever think of using a winch as a lifting mecanizim?good job

  • @TheFred1952

After all the cranking (it's not hard, just takes a long time) a winch or high-lift jack looks really good!
