that black was right. A lot of white people think they know black people when they dont. Out of all the race groups in that room. Its blacks who have is the worst. If white people 10 years in our shoes America would be a different country. 400 yeahs and only a little progress, Our culture history and everything else was stripped from us because of these people. They even have native Americans staying on poor reservations.

Oh I totally understand! I am taking a class right now on Education and Society and we are discussing racism, sexism, etc and my professor is going to show The Color of Fear but we thought Last Chance for Eden was a better fit because there are women and not just men. And we are showing this material this coming Wednesday so I was trying to track it down. Thanks for responding to my comment.. I am not trying to be a cheap I'm a student and wanted to show it in my class because its so powerful :)

thanks crazi-I understand the costs especially to students! you will be very interested in our new film, If These Halls Could Talk. It uses the same format as Last Chance only it involves 11 college students of various ethnicities and genders. The first two parts are being released November 2, 2011 and particularly addresses the issues facing students. It helps teachers and administrators understand the issues of people of color as well. We are all learning.

@90rashad Not sure why you are asking me because I asked the same question a month ago. Try asking Melvindada. It is not online for free. I looked everywhere. You can purchase it online or maybe see if your local library has it by chance. A place I volunteer with shows this video at every training for new volunteers. That is how I was able to watch it.

crazi-wish I could help you with a free video. unfortunately we are filmmakers that need and deserve some compensation for our efforts. we are a small struggling outfit. I understand the points, but I just can't stomach the whining. My role model would be Jack Johnson, who experienced more racism and trouble in one week than these people will their whole lives, and still managed to live a bold, fearless life, going after what he wanted with gusto.
