@Obsidian1392 Stop making things up. My lifts are alright compared to strength standards (exrx). Military Press means heels together - nothing else. Again: MP = Heels touching + strict form. End of story. Of course you rest it on your shoulders. Regular Press starts at the bottom on your front delts. Back when it was still used in competition you also started at the bottom (obviously). Sure, you can use stretch reflex, but that's not the norm. Please, refrain from commenting wrong information.

@Obsidian1392 What other point to do the MP would there be if not making it an harder exercise (needs more balancing). The overhead press is vastly superior when it comes to practical use and lets you use slightly more weight. Intermediate = up to 2 years training experience, which I easily possess. Anyway: You focus on that tiny little piece of useless crap and call me a moron/weakling/whatever and try to make me quit doing videos? Lmao, get outta here. PS: You're not me, that's why ;)

Intermediate is up to two years without pausing and doing real workouts (full body workouts with heavy compound exercises). Of course it's not only for making it harder - it's there to do something else besides Presses all the time. Push Presses are a fine substitute as well. What exactly is your problem man? I can do whatever I want and if I illustrate the correct exercise form so be it.
