some time loll all the time yes and in quebec its obviously an isue and they still sales those dish and make sure to make you signe a 2 years contract that cost you money to break and plus they charge you 30% more then other compagnie and the other compagnie use the bell network loll ...just take roger 15$ a month for a simple phone and bell is like 21.95 or so a month videotron is like 60 a monthe for all the service and it does not lost any signal because its wire ...

I have had both both expressvu & starchoice & i have never lost my signal unlike digital cable which goes out when ever the power blinks.
