@Skaterman30000 yeah, the entire section was rebuilt by some big contractors in a week or two. I totally forgot that even happened not too long ago and i live about 20 minutes away lol.

Me too! I was just coming back from sailing on the bay when I saw all the police cars, fire trucks, and news vans. Then I saw the collapsed bridge section...it was quite a sight! My dad said he even remembered hearing several booms during the night.

This was the next day right after it happened.

anyway, like I was saying, has anyone seen evidence of a tanker truck in any of the photos or videos they've seen of this incident? An axle? A tire? A license plate? Oversized novelty dice? anything that would indicate that a semi crashed there? Seems, at least to me, to be a crucial missing piece.

Seriously? Man, get a life. Build a wood fire and let it burn down to a nice, big coal bed - shove a piece of rebar into the fire and see what happens. It turns red and gets soft enough to reshape with tools. Do you really think it could support a few tons of concrete in that state?

It was a tanker truck filled with gasoline...otherwise the fire wouldn't have been that big and they wouldn't have had to call in an airport fire truck to spray foam onto the fire.

Gasoline (this accident fire temp is 2750F) burns hotter than jet fuel(1795F max), steel melts at ~2500F depending on alloy. The steel fasteners melted and the concrete section fell, but the steel beams remained structurally sound & will be reused. Add to that the oxygen rich concentrated fire over a single truss, again with no way to redistribute load, no fire proofing; it is absolutely absurd to assume this event somehow compares to the WTC towers.

Gasoline CAN NOT burn steel. There is NO sign of melted steel here. How can these idiots believe this crap. A bridge fell. I guess it takes explosives after all.

steel bolts were melted in this accident, the temperatures were above 2750F(steel melts ~2500F). The steel trusses did buckle but steel beams intact and reusable. Gasoline does burn hotter than jet fuel(1795F absolute max), but as I said this accident can't be used to compare w/ the wtc as it was totally different.

I'm being redundant, but to clarify typical structural steel does melt at 2750F, what a coincidence. The ~2500F is for steel in general relating to different alloys.
