@korhan Firstly Janne IS wearing a tshirt in case you missed it and secondly, as far as I have known Ensiferum fans (and I have been to Nosturi as well) none of the 'male' audience ever complains about them being naked, most even find it cool and moreover, it gives them an excuse to go topless themselves during the gig.

An amazing performance! It has a brilliant folkish keyboards melody, with guitar riffs and tone that remind me of traditional metal as well as the speed and agressive vocals of harsher metal. You get alot of brilliant viking imagry from the lyrics too! This song is just as good as their heavyer more recent stuff.

@Nightmare060 Yeah their tone is fucking awesome live. I dont actually like the tone on the from afar album very much, it just sounds kind of narrow and weak, but the songs there are amazing. I think they use overdrive when playing live, instead of distortion, and thats pretty cool in my opinion.

Sorry to disappoint you, but the major songwriting of Ensiferum has always been up to MARKUS, so neither Jari nor Petri decide the way Ensiferum is going... and YES, when I compare Jari peforming this song and Petri, I give Petri some more credit over Jari.

And after listening to Wintersun yesterday I realized that i had held it in a much too high value, Sure its a good album and all but the only really awesome songs are Beyond the dark sun, Battle against time and Sadness and hate. All the other ones just dont grasp my awe like they used to a couple of years ago when i began listening to Wintersun.

I don't know about the live, but when I compare Dragonheads and Demo versions of White Storm, the only difference might be the part

Where I can not surely say what Jari sings in the first line in the Demo version, but the rest is actually the same and I doubt they'd change any lyrics from Dragonheads to Anniversary concert, so...
