It basically just means the amount of resistance the exhaust has.

@parkourviewer You mean moving like a gear is engaged? If so you might want to have someone look at thee adjustment on your mechanical foot shifter rod (rod with 2 adjustable points that attaches your foot movement on the shifter to the gearbox on the bike) it could be slightly out of adjustment.

Why did the cat not get removed with the oem muffler? That slip GP-1 should be on without the cat. That is the best thing about the k7 (and earlier) the cat is welded to the muffler, remove the muffler, remove the cat. Strange?!
