Im an arab living in the UAE and i admire the way the Israelis achieved victory. Great strategy and a well trained army. They set the standards for the rest of the world. The only match it has now is the Iranians in the middle east. no other middle east state is close to defeating the Israelis.

@kazamify That was basically Iran's strategy during the Iran-Iraq war, throw men at the problem until it hopefully goes away. That war made the first world war look very nice by comparison. Did you know Iran used hordes of teenagers to clear minefields by making them charge across them to clear the way?
But in the end, such strategies are useless against a highly advanced modern military.
Funny fact, during the Iran-Iraq war, Iran received arms, training and spare parts from Israel.

@kazamify Iran wants to simply make themselves look important. For example by supporting the Palestinians, which the Arab nations abandoned after the six-day war. It's simply like some kid that try to make themselves look good to the others by bullying the local buttmonkey.
And Israel possess a very strong economy, if they can't get fuel from Egypt, they'll simply buy it from somewhere else. They have invested extensively in researching renewable energy anyway. So they wouldn't starve that much.
