rule of thumb, if you're using a torch, keep an extinguisher nearby like 70% of the fires I see could have been prevented or extinguished when they were small by a fire extinguisher

Golden - Word has gotten around town in the last couple of days that the Old Capitol Grill, a restaurant and watering hole popular with locals and tourists, is back in business. Just over a year ago, the restaurant and second-floor businesses suffered smoke, water and fire damage in a two-alarm blaze started by a roofer's propane torch.

Wow. Good 'ol Capital Grill Just to think that I used to eat in that restaurant when it was called Silverheels...lol...AGES ago. My friend was walking her dog RIGHT before this place caught fire. Litterally five minutes after she passed it.
