After killing all 6 brothers you can't increase your chance of getting barrows stuff... at 9 kc you should be getting bolt racks and blood runes.. so no point going past 9, some people say it's 20, but I tend to get a decent profit at 9-11 kc, however, it's stupid to "try" to get kc since what you want is barrows items
