  • who's gonna respond to 911?

  • Look, Code 3 = Emergency response with lights AND SIREN. This can't be even Code 2 (response with lights only) since this isn't any type of response. It's funeral procession as you said.

  • that's called slick? shoulda see NYPD's they have dodge charger that's all white or all black with hidden lightbars.

  • code 2 is just lights code 3 is lights and sirens

  • What is code 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5?

  • I think it's a code 5.

  • its not code 2.. the switches on the control box are just put into position 2

  • *code 2

  • Must have missed the code 3...

  • that's code 2 dumbass.

  • JSYK that would be a code 2, not a code 3. Still cool to see though.

  • It was the only slick top Metro had and belonged to Gangs. It has been turned back into a normal car with a light bar since then.

  • @crazynova23 Why did Metro not continue with the slick top cars?

  • @KTFProductions1 To be honest, I have no idea. The controversy was that gangs didn't need a marked unit in the budget crisis. Since it was the only slick top, it was given a lightbar to match the rest of the patrol units when sent back to a station. Metro is big on creating a presence, which lightbars help with.

  • @KTFProductions1 Metro is of the opinion that if you want a car to be sneaky, make it sneaky and goo all out (hence the Hondas, Mitsubishis, Kias, etc). If you're going to paint a car in full black and white, you might as well make it as visible as possible and throw a light bar on it.

  • @crazynova23 Interesting... I know I have seen slick tops in other areas of the country, especially in CA.

  • I live on that street

  • ive only seen this car once at a gas station on

  • I rarely see this car around

  • ya when i first saw this car i wasn't sure if i knew what i was seeing (seeing it had no lightbar) but after this video now i know i really did see this car with no bar.

  • are they transporting some one?

  • they are in a funeral procession.... and it looks like there are two officers in the vehicle...

  • Anybody know what light is in front of the rear view mirror, of the marked traffic unit?

  • what kind of dash light was the unmarked using with the triangles? i've never seen that before. then again, i live in delaware lol.

  • a lot of the detectives and gang units use those. i have also seen traffic units in those vehicles (e.g. their motorcycle is broken and they get assigned to a car). i will be uploading a close up of that light bar soon.

  • I just uploaded a video of an unmarked Chevy Impala with the same lighting configuration as the unmarked Crown Vic you were inquiring about.

  • @brdrptrl06 Federal Signal Delta Ray.

  • @OfficerNelson thanks a bunch, I've been trying to find it since I've seen it.

  • dont see many of the LVPD not NLVPD slicktops.
