I have a question about braces with wisdom teeth.

I'm 14 and my orthodontist said that he's not going to check out my wisdom teeth until I'm 17, but that's after I get my braces off. A wisdom tooth on my upper right side has started to come in and is impacting my last 12 year old molar. I'm just wondering if this wisdom tooth will be a problem for my braces? My orthodontist says it won't, but I'm still a little concerned.

did it hurt at the moment when the ortho put the spacers in or does it only hurt afterwards??

@xxTheButtercupxx Spacers feel weird at first and then the day after you get them it hurts.Then after about 2 weeks you dont even know that they are there.

i went through something similer but i didnt have my wisdem taken out. i got eight teeth pulled on my top. all grew in but the one beside my front teeth. during that time i had braces 3 different times, expander 2 time and a retainer 3 times. 2 years later i had oral surgery done to pull down my canines. that took a couple of months for them to come down. the i had power chains on both my top and bottom. i didnt go through rubber bands though. but now im dealind with top and bottom retainers.

i got my barces put on and that was not painful but a day later the inside of my mouth was covered with sores,a week later i got my wisdtom teeth taken out and thats hurted soooo fing bad..and now i have spacer :( so i can understand what u mean by pain
