there was a story here in British Columbia... A dog handler couldn't afford to keep his dogs after the olympics... So he had to shoot them... not just a pack but dozens of them. People only found out because the dog handler was suffering from the trauma...

For all the ignorant people saying certain people eat dogs as in their own pets are idiots because they catch wild dogs and just because it's different from yoir beliefs doesn't make it wrong people in various areas of the world have different animals for food and they aren't domesticated and I fully respect and understand them and I myself am a dog lover they're truly man's or woman's best friend

i lived in alaska most of my life. it is a beautiful place and i dont think this episode did any justice to how amazing ak really is. he makes it seem like the whole state is underdeveloped.

When people hear im from alaska, they assume i go hunting/fishing for all my food, that i'm native (though im asian american and look nothing like the natives), etc..

they way that those dogs are trained are amazing. Certain comands means right , left and slow down---thats not the amazing part , but to do it without a classic trainer , and to do it with 40 dogs at once is amazing. We are not talking about 1,2, or even 5 dogs people.
