but voting isn't always a violent act, at the least to those who consent to abide by the vote, and who desire that type of 'system', so what if the solution is to get some folks in office who will change the system to one of peaceful understanding and opt in / opt out construction? To make the violence understood to be only the case when those who want a system of voting/democracy/majority rule force it and impose it upon those who do not agree with the system itself -
To make sense of Gandhian non-violence philosophy and libertarian justice system:
If the aggressor’s right and wrong are twisted around, his polarities are reversed, if what you consider right is wrong for them, and what you consider is wrong is right for them, then there is no way you could win against them by responding to their aggression with more aggression.
Hey guys that was my call. I am no expert about Gandhi, although being a libertarian I had the opportunity to see Gandhi in a light which most statist cannot(even though they may be the biggest supporter of Gandhi or non-violence).
Analyzing Gandhi from a libertarian perspective helped me many paradoxes even Gandhi couldn't figure out(like jews in Nazi germany), or making sense of non-violence with libertarian justice.
@alennna True, but there is still a lot of violence in Somalia. It is because since the govt fell through violent means, the world thinks Somalian people have gotten some really misfortune upon them, so they keep on trying to establish a new govt on it.
On the other hand if Somalians had chosen to eliminate the govt through peaceful means, then no foreign govt would be interested in interfering.
Considering your user name and the channel you are commenting on I am going to assume that you have an idea of the evils that governments do. If a politician is siphoning off money it will be going to pay for a yacht or something, not for the evils that governments are responsible for.
Hahahahaha this video is another example of the skewed hippy delusions. The moral of this video is the ends do not justify the means. Yet the hippies want the cops to ignore the law. So what will the tactic of the hippies be if they are in charge - well, of course, ignore the law. So the hippies will arbitrarily follow whatever their whims decide each and every day. "Let's follow this law to day but not tomorrow, okay? Why? Well, I don't feel positive today!"
Stipulating that voting is violence, violence isn't always wrong.
Man A attacks man B, and man B defends himself, both are committing violence but man A is in the wrong.
Freedom lovers failing to vote speeds up the rush to tyranny.
Gandhi gets far to much credit for getting the British out of India.
There were three things that got the British to leave, the violence outside the cities, the peaceful protests inside the cities and the British never wanted to be there in the first place!
I didn't use the phrase "initiation of violence" but I described it quite clearly. Are you arguing that voting against a bad law or for the rare freedom loving candidate is initiating violence?
@LeedansParis "Is it okay for someone to use violence against you to steal from you if they use your money to help someone else? "
Speaking from within the tainted system of frauds??
The system is based upon contractual agreements among private parties. Why should I be dragged into your agreement with joe blower? Not only dragged into it, but held at gun point to cooperate with your private agreement with joey.
End the fraudulent system and don't try and fix what is inherently a fix.
Well made explaination - but to make easier on the slow mind: A used (by popular) vote C(Gov) to steal(tax) from B. Or why a "democracy" is a majority dicatorship...
It is for sure no spam you posted there Paris, keep it up.

Corruption is one of the least offensive things that politicians are involved in.

@Buffalo122333 My response was to "Man A attacks man B, and man B defends himself, both are committing violence but man A is in the wrong."
Do you claim the right to use violence or the threat of violence to steal from me?
Is it okay for someone to use violence against you to steal from you if they use your money to help someone else?

@ISamuelII I was illustrating to Buffalo122333 how voting is violence.
Perhaps that wasn't clear to you Sam.
