  • THE ARMY DENIED IT! The fuckin army, of course.

  • *Themselves

  • How do you justify the killing of your own innocent people and many other innocent people, just so you can call the Middle East Palestine? You obviously know nothing of the Taliban and how they fight their war. Americans have been there to help innocents from not being massacred by their own people justified as religious extremists. We help those who cannot help yourselves. You know nothing of this war and how the Taliban fights it.

  • What innocents? The one's who dress up as civilians and kill their own Muslim brothers and sisters in the name of Allah? Extremists who strap bombs to children and handicapped civilians and force by gun point these poor souls to their death so that they can feel like they accomplished something great for themselves? Hostiles who cowardly hide behind civilians or dress as civilians that are killed are innocent? How do you fight a war with an invisible enemy posing as innocent civilians?

  • I really hope the army Cpt. Is also awarded the MOH

  • @Norcoryder05 army brats ain't good enough, they don't defy orders to save their brothers.

  • Those who kill innocents have to die! Justice was done!

  • What an honor to know there are such brave young men like this, with such courage serving our country. Obama is such an idiot. He needs to show more respect to this young man and to all our soldiers.

  • Where was the salute FROM the President? At least the last time he HUGGED the recipient. Duh, what a dumb ass. Sorry Dakota that you had to receive this honor from such a dumb ass.

  • Obama acted like he didn't give a shit; didn't even look Dakota in the eye when he shook his hand. What a piece of garbage.

  • Semper Fi!

  • this is a man who did his job, as he should, but the officers above him failed to do their job. as it always seems the armed services have people in charge who clearly should not be in the positions they are in. I do not like war, but when forced upon you no matter the reason, you perform your job as this young man has done.
