Gira ubuntu means " be compassionate, have a patriotic sense. It's basically about "inkotanyi" who were a rwandan refugees military organisation to get tutsi refugee rwandan back in Rwanda, the song says that they young rwandan gave themselves, died to save the country so do like them: "be compassionate"
