Everyone don't go to college. I went to a 'Red Brick' (Ivy League) school and did a degree in Mathematics. It is a protracted system designed to make the older generation (who got their education at little or no cost) stay rich while we pay for their faults for consuming too much oil. I can't get a job and now face severe penalties for not being able to pay back student debt and can't get a job, almost any job, because of my 'record' which was not my fault I am a very conscientious individual.
College grads with science degrees have 40 percent unemployment, everyone else face 60 percent unemployment. Each year more grads add to the unemployment rate. Many nonscience grads do not hold college grad jobs. Want to work at Starbucks with a Psych degree.
This is a new trend. Mainstream media TALKING DOWN the benefits of a college education. The numbers presented in this interview can be countered with far more relevant numbers that clearly state a college education is well worth the investment. Overwhelmingly worth the investment. You want to promote shit from the mainstream media Slave I'm sure someone will listen to your lies
go to a local/community college then transfer to the university you want to go to and save a lot of money.

If i were going back to school I would get my degree from some low cost school in another country even if I had to learn a second language first.

at 2:20, "you can borrow six figures without any income or assets to prove that repay it"
Not exactly accurate. You're life is the loan collateral.
