I love America, but just not what the general public caused the developers to do to the series.

Some things I noticed they took were the transition between the dark and light worlds. I'm still yet to get the game, so who knows, I might like it.

There's some things I like here, but to be honest my heart sank when I discovered Team Silent weren't producing this.

It looks like what it is, another developers represention of Silent Hill(very much like the PSP SH). I'm more so looking forward to Heavy Rain than this right now and that's a sad thing for an SH fan. But i'm going to reserve judgement for when I play the demo which they'll hopefully put on the PS shop!

This looks interesting but theirs nothing very compelling about it like the first 4. So far, I haven't seen any unqiue scary monsters like in the first 4. Remember Insane Cancer from part 3? Or cool scary ideas like hole in the wall in part 4, or the phantoms. But I'll play it to see if it's worth it.

Yeh there is no point criticising it until it is out and played through. I think the fact that the conversations are interactive is a good idea and that the other world happens in real time looks good too. The new enemies look great too and uniquely Silent Hilly. Just a shame on the clean nurses. So for now I will remain optomistic.

I agree, in the first they had knee length skirts and up to the neck shirts and they scared the crap out of me. They were 'zombie nurses' that were diry and rotting away. Even in 2&3 they had more cleavage but they were rotting and dirty. These nurses are too clean with giant boobs popping out. SH wasn't meant to be sexy, it's suposed to be disturbing.

Yeh I totally agree the nurses are too clean and too sexy for a Silent Hill game. I am still optomistic that the game will be good. I just hope it is a horror game with a little more combat options and not an action game with a bit of horror.

I'm worried that it's going to be an action game. I read somewhere awhile back that you don't save like the other games that it automaticly saves it for you. Like right now I've been playing Army of 2 and it auto saves which is fine for that type of game but, in SH I wouldn't want that. With my luck I'd be almost dead and it'd save it on me. Hopefully, since I saw that quite awhile ago maybe they've changed that.But, I too am trying to remain optomistic.

i dont think it will auto save. i saw checkpoints which r used i guess when u die but if u seen the first 10 min of the game in one of the rooms u see a symbol on the wall(like in 3) hopefully that was a save point.

Great job with the vid. I'm still having issues with the game though. It's not the quality I thought it would be with the ps3. It's too bright and not grainy enough and it's not scaring the crap out of me just walking around. Not liking the bugs and bathroom sceen, to much like the movie. Still think it's too choppy during battle but, I'll probably still play it anyway. One question though, what's the outline shadow under the backwards silent hill? Looks like a quy but cant quite tell
